Unlike other battery chemistries including Li-ion, the electrolyte is a top driver of sodium battery cost. As the only component to touch everything else inside the battery cell, the electrolyte is a primary determinant of cost, safety, and performance.
Mana is the first to develop electrolyte molecules and formulations tailored specifically to the unique needs of sodium batteries.
